Every time we land on the mat, we can be enveloped into the inner world, the inner landscape of being - and, if willing, we explore. This practice invites in the mystery of it all. We’ll move (steady, grounded, warm) and breathe (intricate, simple, astounding) to journey inward.

As always, Ji’s typical style is influenced by many modalities. Expect the expected from a Vinyasa class: we’ll build heat, find rhythym, dance through the motions. But: expect the unexpected, too. You’ll be an active participant in your personal inner experience, traversing the terrain of moving your body and being in a community of others.

Said simply: we move so that we can process and learn what’s happening beneath the surface.
