Personal Practice is a living archive — a place where the personal is not only welcome, but essential. Each class is shaped by over a decade of teaching, blending yoga with other modalities, always rooted in intention and care. There’s strength here, but also softness; honesty, but also room to feel. Your life belongs on the mat, and being with it, just as it is, is the practice.

to the beat of your own drum, the thump of your heart, and the metronome of your breath - practice is deeply personal, so put a spin on it. move yourself around plumb line, your central axis, your sutra atman, and get a new perspective. nothing changes if nothing changes, so do it a bit different, and shift into a new state of being. regulate yourself so that you can fluxate, rebound, and find bouyancy of your own system. remember, you’re responsibile for yourself, which means you have the ability to respond in a thousand different ways. i believe in you. returning to a practice again and again for years on end isn’t for the faint of heart, but you are so brave. it’s okay if you’re tired or afraid from time to time. give yourself a break. give yourself a revving up. welcome to practice. welcome to practice. welcome to practice.
