private
sessions

I know what I’m passionate about.

It’s helping people feel better— more often.

As someone who has lived with long-lasting injuries and many bouts of chronic pain, I’ll say this: I haven’t walked in your shoes. But I’ve walked in my own. And it’s been a journey.

about private sessions

Over the years, I’ve built a deep, evolving toolbox:

self-soothing practices for pain, injury, and stress
thoughtful ways of scaling load to build real strength
active and passive range-of-motion work
methods for nervous system regulation that aren’t just about down-regulation
breathing practices that nourish rather than deplete
mindfulness practices that ask you to be filled up, not emptied out
daily rituals that support joy, creativity, and longevity

This toolbox isn’t theoretical.
It’s lived.

These are the tools that helped me move from fragility toward resilience.
The tools that helped me feel more at home in my body.
The tools that helped me feel better— more often.

  • That depends on you, and why you are opting for a private session.

While group classes are lovely, they are also limiting in the detail, intiricacy, and individual feedback you can receive.

Private sessions offer space to build clearer input and output — to better understand how your body moves, responds, adapts, and strengthens.

If you have specific interests, a private session allows us to explore them in depth.

If you’re navigating pain or injury, private work can help you build a reservoir of useful, supportive techniques curated for you.

This is individual time, shaped around your needs, your questions, and your goals, to be used as you see fit.

  • This is flexible, and dependent on you! I am located in the Twin Cities, so if you are local, I am happy to meet in-person.
