This theme invites us to explore how breath shapes movement, and how movement, in turn, shapes breath. Expect many different ways of approaching the “same old” thing, each offering a fresh and revitalized sense of introspection and interoception.

Rib Balm: Vinyasa

Breathe far, wide, and behind. This Vinyasa class invites you to explore your full breathing range, from theribs and back body to the pelvic floor and sides. Using props for sensory feedback, you’ll reconnect to breath as a whole-body experience, pairing flowing movement with intentional rotation to release tension and build mobility.

Includes: guided 360° breath techniques, dynamic Vinyasa sequences, and props to enhance sensory input.
