This is a hybrid 90 minute practice that blends flow with strength and mobility training. We will incorporate skills, drills, flows, and various movement techniques to prepare for inversions, included (and not limited to) handstands, headstands, forearm stands, and transitions including them. We’ll challenge our balance, our limits, and our perspectives… all built on a firm foundation of locating where the body is in space.
*An inversion practice is not required in order to participate, but students should be able to bear weight into the wrists and shoulders.
